We act as if these qualities should automatically be part of our natural selves, however we have been programmed from early childhood to NOT be our authentic self.

Who I Am

I’m Tim Lagosh, a licensed psychotherapist in Farmington, CT. With successful early careers in aerospace engineering and business, I bring a unique perspective to psychotherapy. As a Gestalt therapist since 2008, I help people find their true and authentic self, get unstuck and live lives that actually feel worth living. Many clients have told me that my unique perspective of problem solving, group management, communication and trauma informed EMDR therapy have made all the difference between surviving and truly living a life that feels meaningful and satisfying.
